We had a fantastic Christmas Day this year. We traveled from Tokyo to Michigan on Dec. 18th which gave us one week to get ready for Christmas. On Sunday, the Clark family cut two fresh trees on a farm in Rockford. Then we loaded them up and delivered one to Grandpa and Grandma's house where we warmed up with a bowl of soup and then decorated it with lights. The second one went out to the beach house. The boys had a great time putting the lights, garland and ornaments on this tree and hung the stockings.
Now the formerly summer looking house is ready for Christmas and Santa to arrive.
Christmas Eve. Grandpa and Grandma spent the night so they could see the boys open gifts in the morning.
Daddy told Santa that we would be in Michigan this year and that we would leave the backdoor open for him because we didn't have a chimney.
It looks like Santa found us!
